Use Steel Steamer: Buy from Amazon

  1. Fill steamer with 70% water.
  2. Boil the water.
  3. Place steam sheet & grease with oil.
  4. Arrange Momos with small gaps.
  5. Close lid & steam for 10 mins.
  6. Serve hot with Chutney & Mayo.

  1. Steam Momos for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil to 160ยฐC.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Donโ€™t fry directly from frozen โ€“ inside stays raw.

  1. Steam or fry Momos.
  2. Sprinkle peri peri masala on top.
  3. Serve hot with chutney or mayo.
