Thank you for choosing to order from us. We have established the following Order & Delivery Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for both our customers and us.

1. Order Days and Hours:

Orders will be accepted on two days of the week: Tuesday and Friday.
Order acceptance time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

2. Delivery Days and Hours:

Deliveries will be made on Friday and Tuesday.
Delivery hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

3. Payment:

100% payment is required at the time of placing the order.

COD: Cod is available for the first order only

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

If an order is cancelled:
- 30% of the order amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
- 70% of the order amount will be refunded.

5. Minimum Order and Delivery Charges:

Our system calculates a minimum order value based on the distance.
- If you meet the minimum order value requirement, you will be eligible for free delivery.
- If your order value is below the minimum requirement, you have two options:
- Pay a 100% delivery charge to have the order delivered to you.
- Share the delivery charge as a percentage, in accordance with our policy.

Guarantee & Warranty:

1. Guarantee Period: Our products are guaranteed until the time of delivery. Once received, the guarantee period expires.
2. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers the shelf life of items. Due to temperature sensitivity, no replacements or refunds are provided. Proper storage ensures quality for up to 3 months.

Manufacturing Date:

1. Fresh Frozen Items: We prioritize freshness by manufacturing upon order. Maximum manufacturing date is 7 days before delivery, ensuring optimal shelf life.

Information Collection - Personal Information:

We may collect personal information such as your name, Business or trade name, Business Location, Your Personal Mobile Number, Business Mobile Number, Business Registration documents, GST certificate, FSSAI certificate, Address proof, Future dated cheque.

Use of Information

Order Processing: We use your personal & business information to process and deliver your orders.
Communication: We may use your contact details to provide order updates, delivery information, and respond to your inquiries.
Improving Services: We analyze usage data to enhance and personalize your experience on our website.
