Cancellation & Refund Policy

Momorita is committed to facilitating customer satisfaction to the greatest extent possible and has therefore established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations shall only be considered if a request is submitted immediately following the placement of the order. However, cancellation requests may be rejected if the order has been communicated to the relevant vendors or merchants, and they have commenced the process of shipping.
Momorita does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, including but not limited to, flowers and consumables. Nonetheless, a refund or replacement may be provided should the customer demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, it is imperative to notify our Customer Service team promptly. Such requests will be considered only after the merchant has conducted a verification process to confirm the reported issues. Notification must be made within the same day of receipt of the product.
If the product received does not conform to the description provided on the website or fails to meet your expectations, you are required to notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The Customer Service Team shall assess your complaint and determine an appropriate resolution.
For products accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty, please direct your inquiries or complaints regarding warranty claims to the respective manufacturer.
In the event that a refund is authorized by Momorita, please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the refund to the customer's designated payment method.
