Momorita Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Momorita. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of any products from Momorita. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns Policy

Given that Momorita specializes in the sale of frozen food products, which are inherently perishable in nature, we do not accept any returns on orders once delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are stored appropriately upon receipt, particularly at or below -18°C, to maintain product quality and safety. We disclaim any liability for degradation in product quality caused by improper storage after delivery.

2. Payment Terms

All orders placed through Momorita are subject to advance payment in full. We accept various modes of payment, and details will be provided at the time of purchase. Once the payment is received, the order will be confirmed, and the dispatch process will commence.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving the advance payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping location, and you will be informed of the estimated delivery time when the order is placed.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be made before the dispatch of the products. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted. If you cancel the order before dispatch, 25% of the total order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee to cover the wastage of food items. This is because our products are manufactured on an order basis and cannot be resold once production begins.

5. Storage Instructions

To maintain the quality and safety of our frozen products, we strongly advise keeping them stored at -18°C or below. Failure to do so may result in degradation of the product, and Momorita will not be liable for any such damage caused by improper storage.

6. GST Policy

All prices listed are exclusive of GST at the rate of 5%, which consists of 2.5% SGST and 2.5% CGST. The applicable GST will be added at the time of billing.

7. Liability

Momorita is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit. We ensure that our products are packaged securely and dispatched through trusted delivery partners.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian law.

1. How long can I store Momorita frozen momos?

Momorita momos have a shelf life of up to 3 months if stored at -18°C in a deep freezer.

2. How soon can I expect delivery after placing an order?

Delivery is completed within 2 days of placing the order.

3. Are the momos fresh or frozen?

Our momos are made fresh and then frozen to preserve quality during storage and delivery.

4. How do I calculate the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for my location based on delivery charges?

Use this formula to calculate MOQ: Total Transport Charges / 30 = MOQ
Example: If Total Transport Charge is ₹200, then MOQ would be around 6-7.

5. What is the correct way to store Momorita momos?

Store at -18°C in a deep freezer only. Do not store in a regular fridge or at room temperature.

6. How do I steam Momorita momos?

Steam for 5-8 minutes after the water is hot. Always steam directly from the freezer and use a non-sticky silicone momo net with a little oil to prevent sticking.

7. Can Momorita momos be fried?

Yes! Steam the momos for 4-6 minutes first to make the outer layer crunchy, then fry them as desired.

8. What sauces go well with Momorita momos?

Our momos are best enjoyed with Momorita's spicy chutney and mayo.

9. Do you provide a credit period for distributors?

No, payments are 100% in advance. However, a third-party credit provider is available if needed.

10. Can I customize Momorita momos to fit my menu?

Yes, our momos are designed to allow for multiple customization options to fit various menus.

11. What should I do if I receive damaged momos?

Report any damages within 4 hours of receiving your order for support. Damages reported later will not be covered.

12. Can I return unsellable momos?

Yes, unsellable items can be reported to us 30 days before expiry, with transport charges covered by the distributor. The return value should not be less than half of the purchase amount.

13. Are there any GST implications on Momorita sales?

Momorita is under the GST Composition Scheme, so we do not charge GST on sales to distributors. However, distributors must add applicable GST when selling to end customers.

14. Does Momorita offer private labeling options?

Yes, we offer private labeling for those looking to brand the momos under their own label.
