Delivery Charge: There is a fixed delivery charge of Rs 149/- for all orders.
No Minimum Order Value: We do not impose a minimum order value. You are free to order any quantity that suits your needs, whether it is a small or large order.
Maximum Weight: The maximum weight limit for each order is 100 kg.
Delivery Schedule: We offer delivery services twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Advance Payment: A minimum of 25% advance payment is required for all orders. This advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled.
Cash on Delivery (COD): The remaining 75% payment can be made through cash on delivery.
Guarantee Period: Our products come with a guarantee period that extends until the time of delivery. Once you have received and accepted the order, the guarantee period expires.
Warranty Coverage: The product warranty only covers the shelf life of items. Since items are temperature-sensitive, there is no replacement or refund policy. If you store the items at the appropriate temperature, there should be no chances of damage for up to 3 months.
Fresh Frozen Items: We are a supplier of fresh frozen items, which means we do not keep items in stock for distribution. We manufacture the products when we receive an order. The maximum manufacturing date of the product will be within 7 days prior to the delivery date. This ensures that you receive fresh products with an optimal shelf life.
