Frozen Momos Distributor FAQ: Deposit, MOQ, Territory, Delivery and Returns

Answers for new and prospective distributors

Is there a security deposit?

No. There is no security deposit; you only pay for the stock you order.

What is the minimum order?

Start with the ₹1,299 Distributor Sample Pack:

1 kg chicken momos
1 kg paneer momos
500 g veg momos
500 g corn cheese momos
500 g spicy chutney
500 g veg mayonnaise

After the sample pack, the minimum order for regular stock is ₹10,000.

Is my territory exclusive?

Yes. Each distributorship is locked to an exclusive 30 km radius.

How soon do I get customers?

Leads from Momorita start within 7 days of registration.

Is there a credit period?

No. Payments are 100% in advance, though a third-party credit provider is available if you need one.

What about GST?

Momorita is under the GST Composition Scheme and doesn't charge GST on sales to distributors. Distributors must add the applicable GST when they sell to end customers.

Damaged or unsellable stock?

Report damage within 4 hours of delivery.
Unsellable stock can be reported 30 days before expiry, with transport charges covered by the distributor.
The return value should not be less than half of the purchase amount.
